The Just Life Group Limited Dividend Reinvestment Plan provides holders of ordinary shares in Just Life Group Limited with the option of receiving fully paid ordinary shares in lieu of some or all of the cash dividends paid by the Company. Shareholders who do not elect to participate in the Plan will receive cash dividends that are paid by the Company.
