Just Life Group Ltd (JLG) undertook a change of name from Just Water International Ltd (JWI) on 1 March 2019. This change of name expressed the Company’s mission of “enhancing lives” through its two operating entities:

• Just Water New Zealand is New Zealand’s largest supplier of water coolers and filters to businesses and organisations nationwide. Virtually all water coolers derive a recurring income either from monthly rental, water sales or maintenance agreements.

Just Water New Zealand commenced business in 1987, firstly as an office product rental business, but within two years had changed its focus to a water cooler rental business.

In 2001, the Company acquired an office water delivery company, and started its journey both as a water cooler rental business, and a water supply business. Just Water New Zealand is the preferred supplier to key Government Departments, many of the top 200 companies in New Zealand and tens of thousands of SME businesses.

• Hometech is a leading supplier and installer of products to make homes healthier through natural lighting, heating and ventilation. The business was started in 1993 by Paul Nielsen, a Wellington entrepreneur and acquired by Just Life Group in 2018.

Just Life Group Ltd migrated to the NZX main board in March 2019 where it is listed amongst the top 200 listed companies.

Just Life Group is an entrepreneurial company, which will continue to take opportunities as they arise. Now with over 30 years of operation, the company continues to build on its strong base for the future.
