Eldon is the COO/CFO of Just Life Group, a position he has held for over 12 years. His experience both as a Principal at Ernst & Young and as a business owner saw him bring a breadth of knowledge and business acumen to Just Life, and he is an invaluable member of the Executive Team. He will undoubtedly bring this same business acumen to his new role as a director.

Eldon leads continuous improvement in both systems and processes and has led the digital IT transformation, enterprise resource planning, and Cloud platform upgrades.
