Just Water is a water cooler and water delivery business, with tens of thousands of customers across New Zealand enjoying our freshly chilled, filtered water.

You’ll be working from our modern office in Penrose, with lots of great perks like free fruit, free lunch foods, subsidized gym membership, great staff discounts across our group, and incentives to support your health. Your daily activities will include:
- Answering customer queries via phone, live chat and email
- Responding to customers in a timely manner to meet service level targets
- Helping to resolve problems and engage other teams across Just Water
- Bringing a friendly and helpful attitude to reassure our customers
We’re looking for a dedicated and reliable team member who can commit to our team, and bring a friendly phone matter. You’ll also have great written English to respond to customers, and a can-do attitude to help with problem-solving.
