Eldon Roberts

Eldon joined Just Life in October 2011 as the Chief Finance Officer and in December 2014 added the role of Chief Operating Officer to his portfolio.

Eldon’s experiences both as a Principal at Ernst & Young and as a business owner saw him bring a breadth of knowledge and business acumen to Just Life, and he is an invaluable member of the Executive Team and a significant contributor to the Board.

In the time Eldon has been with Just Life, he has been an integral part of the growth plan, working alongside Tony and the Board in strategic planning, evaluation of business opportunities, and interaction of businesses from both a systems and processes standpoint, as well as people and culture.

Since 2011 the business has grown dramatically, and in February 2022 it was recognised that Eldon’s duo role needed to be separated. He was duly appointed to the sole role of Chief Operating Officer responsible for all operations, supply chain, IT, cybersecurity, and project management.

Eldon leads continuous improvement in both systems and processes and has led the digital IT transformation, enterprise resource planning, and Cloud platform upgrades.

Eldon graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Auckland. He is a Chartered Accountant (CAANZ) and a certified Project Management Professional.
