Melissa Crawford

Melissa is the Director of Tech with Heart where she helps companies with their future strategies.

Melissa holds a place on a number of boards across NZ and the USA and is a sought-after global keynote speaker. Her favourite work is sharing her knowledge with learning curious companies, leaders and individuals who are interested in being future ready and working on strategic projects to help shape a better future.

Her expertise is Future Tech and People Psychology and the impacts of their intersection. Her background shows a mix of strategy, leadership, project management, HR and IT. She has enjoyed crossing a variety of industries and taking on challenging global projects. She brings passion and kindness to the work she does She has served on the JLG board for the last 12 months under the IOD Future Directors’ programme, and her contribution has been immense, and now joins the JLG board as a full independent director.
