Richard Carver

Richard is a senior executive with a wealth of strategic and commercial experience across a broad range of industries including farming, finance, accounting, manufacturing and building.

Richard is currently Managing Director and co-owner of Jennian Homes and Milestone Homes, two of New Zealand’s leading group home building franchisors.

He was previously CEO of Richmond Limited, a publicly listed meat processing and exporting company, and Chief Executive of Carter Holt Harvey Wood Products and Carters Building Supplies, both divisions of Carter Holt Harvey Limited.

Richard is a Director of Master Build Services, and a Director of Construction Marketing Services Limited and a chartered member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.

Richard was appointed to the Board in March 2019, is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the People and Culture Committee.
