Our Board

The Board of Just Life Group (‘the Group’) has been appointed by the shareholders to guide and monitor the business of the Group and is responsible for the overall corporate governance of the Group.

The Board is committed to ensuring that the Group adheres to the governance principles required by the USX Market Rules, the Companies Act 1993, Financial  Markets Conduct Act 2013 and other relevant legislation. The board also ensures that the Group maintains the highest ethical standards.

The Board comprises five directors. Two directors are considered to be independent directors.

The Board represents an appropriate mix of skills, expertise, and independence to represent the shareholders’ interests.

  • Tony Falkenstein is the CEO, an Executive Director and Founder of Just Life Group. Tony also fills the role as Chair of the Board.

  • Ian Malcolm is a Non-Executive Director.

  • Melissa Crawford is an Independent Director.

  • Anthony Gadsdon is an Independent Director.

  • Eldon Roberts is the COO/CFO and an Executive Director.
